Performance Coffee – Standard Returns Policy
1. Returning Goods
Performance Coffee strives to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and to maintain quality standards, the following returns policy applies:
- Availability: All goods and services are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
- Order Cancellation: Cancellation of orders will incur a 1% administration fee.
- Return Authorization: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service hotline at 031 312 4116 to obtain return authorization. This will help prevent unnecessary complications.
- Return Conditions:
- Returned products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- The original delivery slip must be included with the returned product.
- Hygiene and care items (including cleaning products, filters, and descaling tablets) will only be accepted for return if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
- Return Procedure: Please refer to your customer account or the order confirmation email for detailed return instructions.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned product, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The date of the postmark or the date the logistics firm confirms receipt will be considered the return date.
2. Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, missing parts or accessories, or is inoperable, please contact us immediately. To help us assess the issue and determine the cause of damage, please provide the following:
- Photograph of the outer box.
- Photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging.
- Photograph of the damaged item.
We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
