My experience at your company was a very pleasant one from the beginning. I met and spoke with Pearlene, very pleasant , well manned and knowledgeable regarding my inquiry. Due to the technical questions i later met with Eddie, ABSOLUTELY knowledgeable diagnosing my Jura coffee machines ( Give that man a bells ) I was kept in the loop all the time by Pearlene via telephone and email regarding repairs and costing. I was amazed at the affordable rates for the repairs. Thank you guys, keep up the wonderful work, much appreciated.

We have a much love Jura which is now 60 years old-I used to struggle to get it service, buy the right parts etc. The only place in KZN I could take it to was in Hillcrest- had to drop & pick quite far. Then I found performance coffee!Now the machine gets picked up and dropped, I am given a quote, new parts fitted and machine is cleaned & serviced. Post repair services also great. My machine sounds like new and wee are enjoying our coffee again. Thank you Eddy and performance coffee Anu and Zak Yacoob
