Service on your JURA range of coffee machines includes the following;

  • Clean and descale machine
  • Check coffee quality and settings
  • Check wear parts
  • Check flowmeter
  • Check inner distribution collar
  • Strip and clean machine
  • Strip and clean brew unit
  • Replace seals on brew unit
  • Clean and readjust grinder
  • Clean coffee spouts
  • Check and clean frother and steam nozzle
  • Check for leaks
  • Clean machine internally and externally
  • Test machine (15 test coffees)
  • Inclusive of 2 hours Labour (Domestic) and 2 and a half hours (Office/Professional)

Domestic Range: C – E – F – ENA Micro
Office/Professional Range: J- S – Z – XS – XJ – XF – WE – Giga

Domestic service: R 975 (excl vat)
Office service: R 1 350 (excl vat)
GIGA service: R 1 850 (excl vat)

Should any parts be required, this will be quoted separately. The above service can only be conducted in our workshop and not on-site.

Labour: R 725 per hour or part thereof.
Removal of Bugs/Insects/Mould etc. from the machine (an hour’s labour will be added to the above.)

Should you want the unit to be collected, the following applies;

  • Durban area – R 450 for collection and delivery
  • Ballito area – R 750 for collection and delivery

ON-SITE REPAIRS (Greater Durban area)

R 725 Call out Fee – Including 1st hour labour – excluding parts.

R 725 per hour thereafter or part thereof. If the unit cannot be repaired on site, it will be uplifted to our workshop.

MONTHLY ON-SITE MAINTENANCE PLAN

  • Visual inspection – Check all covers, spouts, milk frother, drip tray for any type of damage
  • Metal sheet inbox contacts – Clean and ensure proper contact
  • Run clean cycle, run descale cycle and run milk cleaning cycle
  • Frother – Strip and manually clean frother
  • Test
  • Downtime – 90 Minutes

NB – If any faults are found, parts and labour will be quoted separately and filter is not included in service plan.

NB – Applies to the Greater Durban Area only. Outlying areas, quotation on request.

R 895 per machine per month.
